CODU Goals: Stopping & deporting all 12 million illegal aliens in the U.S. (of which 4
million are Mexicans). Calling for a 5 year moratorium until the U.S. Bureau of Immigration
& Customs Enforcement (BICE) gets control of our own borders instead of other countries
borders and the use of our military to guard our borders. CODU demands that English must
be the "official language" of the USA. Cuba rewrote their 1940 Constitution mandating that
Spanish will be their "official language!" So, why can't we have the language of our U.S.
Constitution without being called abusive names? CODU asks "official English Language"
supporters to support U.S. Rep.PETER KING bill H.R.300 calling for the repeal of Pres.
Clinton's Exec. Order# 13166 which demands that our government must provide 5,000
different language translations for any person unable to speak English! (Insane!). U.S. Rep.

CITIZENS OF DADE calls upon Senator EDWARD KENNEDY to repeal his unfair
1966 CUBAN ADJUSTMENT ACT which permits only Cuban refugees to enter the
U.S. illegally & stay if they commit no crimes in one year & one day! This preferential

The following is proof that Hispanics in Miami-Dade County are refusing to learn English.
This was published in a one page ad by THE MIAMI HERALD- Jan.5, 1998-page 6B
local section saying they were going to begin selling their Spanish language edition titled
“EL NUEVO HERALD” in street boxes beginning Jan.5th. ‘This is another important
step in making sure we are doing what readers and advertisers want & need.” “The
Hispanic population in South Florida – and the number of people who prefer to read
in Spanish – continues to grow.” “ Fifty-five percent (1989) of Miami-Dade’s popu-
lation is now Hispanic, and 54 percent of Hispanic adults – more than 566,000 –
prefer or depend primarily on the Spanish language”! This is proof that way back in
1998 over one-half million Hispanics refuse to learn English & are forced to read the
Herald Spanish edition! These exiles also rely on the 14 Spanish speaking radio
stations such as WAQI Radio Mambi-710 kcs - Armando Perez-Roura & WQBA
-1140 kcs Ninoska Perez-Castellon who get their blind sheep to follow their radical
demands such as telling Cuban exiles to block streets with cars & boulders & attack
people who do not agree with them such as the Elian Gonzalez issue!

In 1988 when Citizens Of Dade United (CODU) helped U.S. English collect
430,000 signature petitions to amend Florida’s Constitution mandating English
as Florida’s “official language”, then State Sen. ILEANA ROS-LEHTINENat a
Committee Meeting before the vote occurred stated, “I will do everything within
my power to impede this Official English law from coming about!” She lied under
oath when she said , “she would uphold the laws of Florida!” EXCEPT THE
ONES SHE DOES NOT LIKE! CODU helped to pass the Amended Florida
Constitution in 1988 making English our “official language” except the Cuban-
American State Legislators “impeded implementation” as the petition required!
These Cuban-American legislators were also LINCOLN DIAZ-BALART who
followed ILEANA ROS-LEHTINEN’s plot of impeding any implementation
of the law! These insulant legislators are now U.S. Congresspersons along with
U.S. Rep. MARIO DIAZ-BALART & all 3 vote like they took their Oath of
Allegiance to CUBA instead of the U.S.! It was all 3 of these un-American
Legislators who welcomed several hundred thousand illegal Cuban refugees
just to create their own new Hispanic Voting District empire they control like
dictators they proclaim Castro is! We need to force Spanish speakers coming
to the U.S. to live, to learn English and not them demand that all of us English
speaking Americans learn the invaders Spanish language. Also a Civil Rights
study shows that Cuban businesses only hire Cubans, not Americans!
